A new study says the top-ranked golf course in the state is in California, and it is not just because of the weather.

The Top of the World Golf Course, which opened in 2016, is one of the most popular and prestigious courses in the world.

But it has also earned the nickname of the ‘most overpriced’ golf course due to the high cost of living in California.

The study, published by the Los Angeles Times, says that while the course is expensive, it is also worth it because of its iconic views.

“If you’re in Los Angeles and you go to the top of the hill, you get a beautiful view of the city,” said Robert K. Anderson, a professor of marketing at the University of Southern California.

“And if you go down the hill to the bottom, you can see the city from a very high vantage point.”

A study by the Associated Press found that the top 25 most expensive golf courses in America are all located in California and that the Top of The World Golf Club ranks #1 for most expensive courses in California with a yearly gross revenue of $18 million.

It is not the first time that Top of It has been compared to the world’s most expensive luxury golf course.

In 2010, the AP found that Top Of The World had the third highest gross receipts per capita in the U.S., behind the famed Pebble Beach and the Pebble Beach Golf Course.

“The Top of This World has become the most famous and most coveted golf course on the planet and it’s still one of my favorite spots to play,” Anderson said.
